Reservations

We would love to have you join us on a castles tour.
You can book directly with Astrid Baur Travel using our online form, by email, or by faxing or mailing our paper form.

 

A non-refundable Deposit is required to secure a Confirmed Reservation.  The per person Deposit amounts are specified on the individual tour web pages and in the downloadable Itinerary PDFs. You can pay the Deposit (at Reservation time) and the Balance (45 days before the tour) by PayPal, credit card, or check.

Participation in Astrid Baur Travel tours is conditional on acceptance of the Astrid Baur Travel Terms and Conditions posted here.

Email Reservation Request

You can send an email identifying the tour you'd like to take, the tour date, your name, address, and phone number, the names of those who will be traveling with you, and whether you will be paying by MasterCard, VISA, PayPal or check.  That email should go to: astrid.baur@t-online.de

Billing and Payment Procedures

After you make a Reservation Request you will receive an email acknowledgement and an Invoice listing the details of your booking
and the total cost.  Reservations are tentative until deposits are received.

If you will be paying with PayPal ...

Use the Email address to which your PayPal account is attached to make your reservation.  You will be billed at that email address.

Astrid Baur Travel will an email you a reply with an attached Invoice, and will send you a separate email PayPal Money Request
in the amount of the Invoice.

When the payment has been received, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation and Final Invoice, listing the Balance which
will come due 45 days prior to you tour.  A second email Money Request will be sent when the Final Balance is due.

If you will be paying by credit card (MasterCard or VISA)  ...

We're happy to accept credit cards but will not ask for credit card numbers in our Online form or in emails.  If you use the Online 
form or email to book a tour to be paid by credit card, Astrid Baur will telephone you to get the card number and expiry date. 

If you use the printed Reservation Request Form, you can fax or mail that form with the included credit card information.

Your credit card information will be retained for automatic billing of the Balance Due 45 days prior to the tour date. 
Please advise of any credit card change in the meantime.

If you will be paying by Check ...

If you book online, by email, or using the paper form, your reservation will be tentative until your check is received.
If you mail the paper Reservation Request form you can include your check for the deposit.

It is your responsibility to mail the final check to arrive at least 45 days prior to your tour date.
