It’s a Small World, in Fantasyland, takes the visitor on a musical tour of the world in a boat which follows a river that runs through the attraction, with each part of the ride themed for a different part of the world.
Space Mountain: Mission 2, in Discoveryland, is a roller coaster like ride that “will blast you on a warp-speed ride into the unknown."
Big Thunder Mountain, in Frontierland, is a "runaway train" through the man-made sierras of Big Thunder Mountain.
Pirates of the Caribbean, in Adventureland, cruises secret caverns and catches the Pirates of the Caribbean in action as they loot, plunder and pillage.
Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, in Discoveryland, sits visitors in a star cruiser to shoot laser beams at targets.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, an accelerated drop tower thrill ride in the Walt Disney Studios Park, is considered one of the most extreme.
The Disney Railroad, Peter Pan's Flight, and Alice's Curious Labyrinth are some of the attractions for younger kids.
Dinner on your own.
> Buffet breakfast, door-to-door transportation, Disney parks day pass, Dream Castle Hotel
Day 4 – PARIS
Paris city-tour. Meet your guide and coach and your traveling companions and spend the day in Paris.
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of VERSAILLES, perhaps the most famous palace in the world. From 1682, when King Louis XIV moved from Paris, until the royal family was forced to return to the capital in 1789, the Court of Versailles was the centre of power in France. Spend several hours visiting the Palace of Palaces and the famous gardens with the fountains.
In the afternoon we go up to the second floor of the EIFFEL TOWER for majestic views. This tower, built for the 1889 World's Fair, is one of the most recognizable structures in the world and is the most visited paid monument anywhere.
Free time around the opera for shopping and dinner on your own.
> Buffet breakfast, door-to-door transportation, entrances to Versailles and Eiffel Tower, Dream Castle Hotel
Day 5 – REIMS, ALSACE
This morning we leave Paris and drive into the champagne region to visit the impressive 13th century French Gothic REIMS CATHEDRAL, where the kings of France were crowned. The cathedral was under siege by the English from 1359 to 1360 during the Hundred Years' War. After it fell the English held Reims and the Cathedral until 1429 when it was liberated by Joan of Arc. The towers are 267 feet / 81 metres tall. The three portals are laden with statues and statuettes. Among European cathedrals, only Chartres has more sculpted figures. Its stained glass windows date from the 13th to the 20th centuries.
While we are in Reims the grown-ups should try a glass of the local and world-famous champagne. Other treats for the kids.
We continue south to the ALSACE region and check into your local hotel in one of its picturesque medieval villages. Alsatian dinner in the country.
> Buffet breakfast; door-to-door transportation; Reims Cathedral entrance; three-course dinner with menu choices, one beverage, and coffee or tea after; hotel in Alsace
Day 6 – HAUT-KOENIGSBOURG, COLMAR
Since its construction in the 12th century, the HAUT-KOENIGSBOURG CASTLE at Orschwiller in Alsace has been a constant witness to both European conflicts and rivalry between lords, kings and emperors. A number of illustrious owners each left their mark on the castle’s history, and successive events even led to changes in the castle’s structure. Enjoy a tour of this magnificent castle with its majestic architecture and its incredible view across the Alsatian plain.
We continue to COLMAR in the heart of Alsace. Colmar's Germanic and French architectural heritage was spared by the frequent wars that ravaged this area. Highlights include the “Koïfhus”, Pfister House, and the House of Heads. The town has preserved the charm of its romantic districts (Tanner’s District, Little Venice). Enjoy your guided tour of the old town, which also includes a visit to the Bartholdi museum, housed in a vast residence which was the birthplace of the creator of New York's Statue of Liberty. Its rooms contain a collection of Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi's most important works, thanks to the heritage the artist's widow left to the city.
Dinner tonight in France.
> Buffet breakfast, door-to-door transportation, entrance to KHaut-Koenigsbourg Castle, three-course dinner, hotel in Alsace

Day 8 – BLACK FOREST OPEN-AIR MUSEUM
A very special treat today. Experience the Black Forest with all your senses!
Culture and history come to life in the famous VOGTSBAUERNHOF OPEN-AIR MUSEUM. Find out how people lived and worked in the Black Forest over the last 400 years in Germany's largest and most popular open air museum.
This is history you can touch: centuries-old houses, atmospheric rooms, smoky kitchens, blooming gardens, living animals, and a cornucopia of smells and scents – all things that kids will not find elsewhere in this form and variety.
The museum is organized around six fully furnished farmhouses spanning the 16th to 18th centuries and drawn from different parts of the Black Forest. The Vogtsbauernhof farmhouse, built in 1612, remains in its original location.
Many of the farmhouses will seem strange to North Americans, because they provide accommodation for both families and their animals, and even use the roof for the storage of hay.
As well as the farmhouses visitors will find farm and community resources, including a labourer’s cottage, kitchen herb gardens, fields, grain mills, sawmills, storehouses, a bakery and distillery, a forge, and a chapel.
There are lots of animals on the grounds – cows and calves, pigs and piglets, goats and kids, sheep and lambs, bunnies, chickens and geese. Sometimes you can even hear the whistle of a cuckoo.
A great variety of traditional crafts are demonstrated every day, and there's even a workshop for kids to make their own cuckoo whistle or water wheel.
Dinner together this evening.
> Buffet breakfast, door-to-door transportation, Vogtsbauernhof entrance, three-course dinner, hotel in Germany's Black Forest
